The Nociara olive variety which is typical of the South of Italy and Sicily in particular produces an intense fruity extra virgin olive oil. It is great Italian extra virgin olive oil for dipping or drizzling on artichokes, cardoons, fennel, asparagus, fresh cheeses and beef.
