Paolo Bonomelli was ranked Italy’s most award olive oil producer in 2016 and 2017.
Strongly characterized by its link with the territory,
TreFórt is the result of our "Farm’s ongoing project" to restore and develop two valuable cultivars indigenous olive varieties of the Garda area: Trep and Fort.
Paolo Bonomelli initiated this project in 2001, in collaboration with specialized agronomists, starting with about a hundred centuries-old trees of these varieties located in the Farm's olive groves at Torri del Benaco.
TreFórt is produced from a selection of the Trep and Fort monocultivars and the finest lots of other olive varieties grown on our farm that have obtained the best results in analyses carried out by accredited laboratories and certified tasting panels at the end of each olive oil campaign.
TreFórt, intended for an exclusive clientele, is produced and comes in numbered bottles and is pre-ordered every year given its limited availability.
