Finca La Torre One Organic Hojiblanca is produced on the first day of the harvest. It offers the highest quality and taste since it is the tasting of this small batch which triggers the beginning of the harvest.Hojiblanca is the flagship extra virgin olive oil produced by Finca La Torre. Both organic and biodynamic (Demeter certified), it has won the Mario Solinas Quality Award of the International Olive Oil Council for 3 years in a row, 2014, 2015 and 2016 in its category (intense green fruitiness). In 2017, it won the extra gold medal by BIOL, the international organic olive oil competition. It has one of the highest contents in polyphenols (main source of health benefits in olive oil) available in the market.It has been named the world's best organic olive oil 2019 by Flos Olei, the prestigious international olive oil guide. It combines a strong herbal scent with a complex and harmonious taste with a very pleasant spiciness. It is particularly well suited to grilled meats, vegetables, soups and hard cheese. Some chefs have also used it on red fruits and berries. Finca la Torre is located between two national parks, the Fuente de Piedra and the Natural Park of El Torcal de Antequera on the site of an ancient roman oil mill 2000 years old in Andalusia. The olive estate is completely surrounded by fields, pine forests and flanked by two large hills. With almost 380 hectares, it includes around 33,000 trees, from four varieties, Hojiblanca, Arbequina, Cornicabra and Picudo.The organic and biodynamic farm has been fully modernized in 1998 and again in 2014 in order to achieve quality excellence. The mill being located within the estate allows to mill the oil to be extracted within two hours of harvesting, preserving maximum freshness. It is regarded as one of the most advanced quality promoters in the Spanish olive oil sector.

For 2019, Finca La Torre received the highest score of 99 points from Flos Olei, the international olive oil guide.
