The aix&terra black tapenade is one of the core ingredients of the French apéritif from the Provence. The recipe is made of finely chopped green olives, capers and olive oil. We recommend it on a warm brown toast, baguette or on fish such a sea bass.
aix&terra was founded by Richard and Marina Alibert. From a passion for taste and natural produce, the couple swapped their Parisian life for a beautiful gastronomic adventure.
