Casa del Agua Extra Virgin Olive Oil 5 litre tin offers medium intensity olive oil, which is very stable, balanced and smooth. Similarly to the Reserva Familiar, it is produced from the olives of the picual variety in Jaen, Andalusia by Oro Bailen. It is an excellent cooking extra virgin olive oil, used by chefs in the UK, Spain and Europe. It is suitable for general cuisine as well as stews, sauces and fried food but can also be used raw on salads or vegetables. It also contains a high level of antioxidants and polyphenols, which contributes to a healthy and complete diet and is also a great source of Vitamin E which is vital for our health. With an acidity of less than 0.2%, it is one of the highest quality cooking oils available in the market.
Oro Bailen is one of the most awarded olive oil producers in the world. It has been ranked 3rd best olive oil mill in the world in 2017 and received the maximum score of 98/98 by Flos Olei, the international olive oil guide. Casa del Agua has also received a gold medal at the Los Angeles International Olive Oil Competition in 2017.

Casa del Agua is a medium intensity premium extra virgin olive oil with both green and ripe nuances at its optimum point, which remind us of fruits such as tomatoes or almonds. In the mouth, it offers a sweet entry, with a delicate and light bitterness and a medium spiciness.
