The organic Domaine Fendri extra virgin olive oil is a premium extra virgin olive oil from the Centre of Tunisia, a particularly dry and sunny region. It is produced from hand-picked olive from the Chemlali variety. It is a mild and mellow olive oil, which is very easy to use on any dish. We find it particularly well suited for salads, fish, dipping as well as general cooking.

It is produced similarly to our Italian and Spanish premium olive oils, with an oil extraction at low temperatures shortly after the harvest. It is subsequently filtered and stored without contact with air.

Year after year, it is winning more and more international awards. It won the gold medal at BIOL in 2016 and 2017, the international organic olive oil competition and was a finalist in the Mario Solinas Quality Award of the International Olive Oil Council.

Aroma: Delicate aroma reminiscent of unripe tomatoes and white apple, together with notes of nuts.
