Sweet and aromatic organic Pedro Ximenez vinegar aged for 24 months
The organic Pedro Ximenez vinegar produced by Finca La Torre is slightly sweet and aromatic. It has been aged for 24 months in oak barrels. It is ideal for salads and is delicious together with Finca La Torre’s award winning olive oils, Hojiblanca (intense) and Arbequina (mild).
