INTENSITY AND VARIETIES

Paolo Bonomelli Classico is the mildest of Paolo Bonomelli’s exceptional range of extra virgin olive oils. It is produced from a blend of Italian and indigenous varieties grown on the farm.

PROVENANCE

Paolo Bonomelli’s boutique olive farm is located on the eastern shores of Lake Garda, in the region of Veneto. It is the most northerly region for the production of olive oil. It is thanks to the particular micro-climate that his oils present such a particular character. The olives are typically harvested in October during a 2 week period at the peak of the quality and taste. The oil is extracted within a few hours of the harvest, filtered. The oil is stored in a temperature controlled environment in stainless steel tanks with an inert gas to preserve the fresh from the mill taste.

AWARDS

Paolo Bonomelli is viewed as a maestro in the world of premium olive oil. In 2017, his boutique olive farm won the 1st prize in 3 of the major international olive oil competitions. Furthermore, it is also the most awarded Italian producer in 2016 and 2017.
