Paolo Bonomelli’s boutique olive farm is located on the eastern shores of Lake Garda, in the region of Veneto. It is the most northerly region for the production of olive oil. It is thanks to the particular micro-climate that his oils present such a particular character.
Paolo Bonomelli is viewed as a maestro in the world of premium olive oil. In 2017, his boutique olive farm won the 1st prize in 3 of the major international olive oil competitions. Furthermore, it is also the most awarded Italian producer in 2016 and 2017.
