The truffle salt by aix&terra is made with the famous salt from the Camargue and the black truffle (melanosporum) from Perigord. It is exceptional on a Sunday roast, scrambled eggs, scallops carpaccio, asparagus risotto, mashed potatoes and fresh pasta with parmesan. A simple and delicious product for gourmets to enhance their every special meals.
aix&terra is located on the famous nationale 7, one of the most culinary destinations of the Provence. The company was founded by Richard and Marina Alibert.
