The Organic Tibar pasta sauce (340g) is one of the 4 organic sauces developed by Moulins Mahjoub and named after some of the most beautiful villages of Tunisia. The mild sauces can be used warm on m'hamsa couscous, pasta, cooked with eggs (similarly to Ojja), mixed with ricotta or served on canapés. They do not include added water and as with all of the Mahjoub products, they are produced using traditional farming methods with no additives or artificial processes. Tibar is prepared with tomatoes, harissa, capers, extra virgin olive oil and Tunisian spices. 

 Based in Tebourba in the lush Medjerda Valley in the North of Tunisia, Moulins Mahjoub is an organic farm which produces natural ingredients and recipe typical of the Southern Mediterranean cuisine. Inspired by the Berber tradition,  Moulins Mahjoub has been developing its recipes over close to 30 years seeking to share the authentic and natural taste of the Tunisian food. As with all of the Mahjoub products, they are produced using traditional farming methods with no additives or artificial processes. The Moulins Mahjoub ingredients are used by Michelin starred chefs around the world.

great sauce for seafood and shrimps

tried it with tagliatelle shrimps and mussels, just delicious
