The black truffle oil from aix&terra is one of the most popular products in their range. It is produced with the black truffle from Perigord and a mild extra virgin olive oil from Nyons in the Provence. It is delicious on meat, pasta, risotto and vegetables. We particularly like it on a Sunday roast, as you can use the truffle and slice it on the red meat, it is absolutely delicious. Many customers tell us that they particularly appreciate the balance and harmony of the oil and the truffle, which makes easy to use on many dishes. The beautiful bottle also make it a frequent gift, whether for a dinner party or a special occasion.

The black truffle oil from aix&terra won a star from the Great Taste Awards organised by the Guild of Fine Foods in 2017. Here are the comments from the Great Taste judges: “Deep, clean, notes of truffle on the nose, very savoury. Smooth texture with a complex truffle flavour, that keeps building. Creamy texture, deep umami flavour, balanced finish”.

Located on the famous nationale 7, one of the most culinary destinations of the Provence, aix&terra  was founded by Richard and Marina Alibert. From a passion for taste and natural produce, the couple swapped their Parisian life for a beautiful gastronomic adventure. Together with Julien Allano, a Michelin starred chef, they partnered up with small fruit and vegetable producers to develop original recipes.
