Finca La Torre, is an organic and biodynamic (Demeter certified) farm near Malaga in Southern Andalusia. It has become one of the world's most renowned producer of excellent olive oil thanks to its hojiblanca variety. This oil has won the most prestigious international olive oil competition, the Mario Solinas Quality Award of the International Olive Oil Council for 2014, 2015 and 2016.
